Operation Analyst & Process Improvemnt

SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our retail operations by analyzing business performance, improving processes, and creating operational reports. Responsibilities: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key business KPIs. Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment performance. Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with e-commerce, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams. Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports for management. Requirements: Experience in operations, retail, or business analysis. Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL are a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. This role is a one time project and requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
