Operational support — AI-native all-rounder (we shape the role around you) We're a scaling, fast-moving company and we need support to help run the machine. Marketing systems, finance, production, HR, reporting, recruiting, and the half-dozen things we haven't named yet. If a system needs building, fixing or running, that's the work. We're being deliberately vague, and that's the point. We don't want someone who needs a tidy job spec and a list of tasks handed to them. We want someone who's AI-native — you already run your day through AI, you build little systems without being asked, and you see the thing that needs doing before anyone tells you. And you always deliver on time.
