We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. | About the Role | We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Associate to support our day-to-day finance and operations. This is a part-time role, around 3.5 hours per day in the afternoons, handling core bookkeeping and admin tasks that keep the agency running smoothly. | What You'll Do | - Keep the profit and loss statement up to date - Prepare and send invoices - Update and send contracts - Handle basic day-to-day operations and admin support | What We're Looking For | - Based in North Africa - Solid accounting or bookkeeping experience - Top-rated on Upwork with strong reviews - Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented - Good written English - Available to work afternoons | What We Offer | - Part-time, set 3.5 hours per day in the afternoons - Flat monthly fee, paid in full regardless of exact hours worked, so your availability is guaranteed - Roughly $7 to $10 per hour equivalent, depending on experience - Fully remote, stable long-term engagement | To Apply | Send a short note covering your accounting or bookkeeping experience, your availability for afternoon hours (1:00 to 5:00 PM CET), and confirmation that the hourly rate works.
