AI Operations Assistant / Founder's Right Hand (Part-Time)

AI Operations Assistant / Founder's Right Hand (Part-Time) I run multiple growing e-commerce brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart and am looking for a highly organized, proactive operations assistant to help me stay organized, execute projects, and build systems. This is NOT a customer service or basic virtual assistant role. Responsibilities: * Manage tasks and priorities across multiple brands * Help coordinate product launches and ongoing projects * Handle operational busy work and follow-ups * Organize documents, SOPs, and workflows * Proactively communicate via tools throughout the day * Help build AI workflows, automations, and our internal operating system (Winston) * Research solutions and improve processes * Keep projects moving without constant supervision Requirements: * Excellent English communication skills * Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify * Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or other AI tools * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Self-starter who takes initiative * Strong project management and follow-up skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Skills: * Notion * ClickUp or Asana * Zapier * Make.com * Google Sheets * AI Automation * Product Launch Coordination * E-commerce Operations What I'm Looking For: I don't need someone who waits for instructions. I need someone who helps me stay organized, follows up on open items, proactively identifies issues, keeps projects moving, and acts as a second brain for the business.
