Operations Assistant / Virtual Assistant — Marketing Agency (Fully Remote, UK Hours) About the role We're a fast-growing UK-based marketing agency looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a fully remote role working UK business hours. You'll start by supporting the team with day-to-day operational and admin tasks. As you prove yourself, your responsibilities — and your income — will grow. We're not looking for someone to stay in the same seat. We want someone who's hungry to build a long-term career and grow with the agency. What you'll do: - Mainly create AI generated creatives for ads purposes -Handle daily admin and operational support across the team - Keep projects, tasks, and trackers organised and up to date - Coordinate between team members and chase tasks through to completion - Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and documentation Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and keep our systems clean - Support the tools the agency runs on (CRM, project management, automations) Over time, the role expands into higher-level operations and more ownership. The better you perform, the more responsibility and reward you'll take on.
