You will receive feedback from the admin team throughout your work, especially in the first few weeks. If you are communicating well, asking questions about what you do not know or understand, and checking off your to-do’s on deadline, you’re doing well, keep it up. If you are not communicating about what you do not understand and are not meeting your deadlines, you will be receiving feedback on that too and are not likely to continue in this role.
