Operations Assistant

We're looking for someone often on their laptop who replies fast. If a message comes in, you're on it within minutes, not hours. Speed & clear english communication is the single most important thing in this role. What you'll do - Reply to incoming emails throughout the day, professionally and on-brand - Respond to Slack messages and keep team conversations moving - Review videos and give clear, written feedback or sign-off - Keep every channel covered so nothing sits unanswered You're a great fit if you - Have excellent spoken and written English (this is non-negotiable) - Are professional, polished, and reliable in how you communicate - Live on your computer or phone and check messages constantly - Reply extremely fast and pride yourself on quick turnaround - Are organized and never let things slip through the cracks Nice to have - Prior experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or community management - Comfort with tools like Slack, Gmail, and basic video review Details - EST / PST - Full Time To apply, send a short note in your own words (we're judging your written English) and tell us your typical response time when you're online.
