BD Operations Assistant

Recode HR is a fractional recruiting firm serving US startups. We run a structured outbound machine: weekly job-board scraping, lead enrichment and verification, and cold email sequences, all of which the founder personally approves before anything is sent. You will own the operations layer of that machine. You'll run our BD operations by scraping websites using AI tools like the Comet browser and structuring the results in a Google Sheet using our standard headers. You'll triage companies into our tier system, identify the right buyer at each company, and verify contact data using your account on Apollo, Cleanlist (or equivalent), and validate emails with tools like NeverBounce. You'll draft cold emails to a locked formula with strict copy rules; every draft is reviewed and approved by the founder before sending. You'll run daily sequence operations: bounce pruning, out-of-office re-queues, routing replies, and a weekly metrics snapshot. As trust builds, the role expands to include discovery-call prep, invoicing drafts, and pipeline administration. Requirements: You prompt AI tools fluently. You can drive a browser agent to extract structured data and iterate when it fails. You bring your own data stack: active access to Apollo, an email verification tool, and NeverBounce or their equivalents. Please name your setup in your application.
