About the Role As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Operations Audit Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence through accuracy, accountability, process improvement, and data integrity. This is not a customer service role and it is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys identifying operational risks before they become larger issues and who takes pride in creating accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence. You will serve as a key member of our Pre-Production Operations team, helping ensure our systems, reporting, documentation, and workflows remain accurate, organized, and scalable as the company grows. What You'll Be Doing - Your primary responsibility is to help maintain the operational integrity of our Pre-Production department. - You will regularly audit systems, reporting, workflows, documentation, and operational processes to ensure everything is accurate, complete, and functioning correctly. Key Responsibilities - KPI & Reporting Audits - Audit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting - Verify data accuracy across the Pre-Production department - Investigate reporting discrepancies and inconsistencies - Ensure reporting dashboards are accurate and reliable - Validate reporting methods, calculations, and tracking processes - Identify missing or incomplete data that may impact reporting - Monday.com Auditing & Maintenance - Audit Monday.com boards for accuracy, consistency, and completeness - Identify missing information and incomplete records - Review workflows, automations, and board structures for optimization opportunities - Ensure team members are following established operational workflows, reporting standards, and data management processes within Monday.com - Recommend improvements that increase visibility, accountability, and efficiency Data Integrity & Verification - Cross-reference information across multiple systems and platforms - Validate contracts, onboarding information, production data, and internal records - Identify duplicate, incorrect, or missing information - Maintain consistency across operational systems and reporting tools - Ensure data can be trusted for decision-making and performance reporting SOP & Documentation Management - Create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Document workflows, audit procedures, and best practices - Maintain operational reporting documentation and process standards - Support process standardization across the department - Ensure documentation remains current as systems and workflows evolve Operational Audits - Conduct routine audits of team workflows and operational processes - Identify breakdowns, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps - Conduct root cause analysis when issues are discovered - Ensure departments are following established procedures and standards - Recommend preventative solutions that improve long-term operational efficiency - Help strengthen accountability across systems and teams Special Projects - Assist leadership with operational research and reporting - Support capacity planning and resource tracking - Participate in process improvement initiatives - Help identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational performance across the Pre-Production department What Success Looks Like - KPI reports are accurate and trusted - Monday.com boards remain clean, organized, and up to date - Missing information is identified and corrected quickly - SOPs remain current, useful, and actionable - Reporting discrepancies are proactively resolved - Leadership has confidence in the accuracy of operational data - Teams have reliable systems, processes, and documentation - Operational issues are identified before they become larger problems Who You Are - You are a detective and naturally spot inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps that others overlook - You enjoy auditing systems and finding the root cause of problems - You are highly organized and detail-oriented - You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments - You are proactive and solution-focused - You enjoy building structure, improving processes, and creating operational clarity - You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, auditing, project coordination, business intelligence, reporting, or process improvement - Advanced experience with Google Sheets or Excel - Strong experience working within project management systems - Experience auditing data, workflows, reports, or operational systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant oversight Preferred Qualifications - Monday.com experience - Operations analysis experience - Process improvement experience - KPI reporting and dashboard management experience - Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organization - Experience supporting remote teams Contractor Requirements - Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM EST - 6:00 PM EST) - Must be responsive via Slack throughout the workday - Must have reliable internet and a professional remote work environment - Preference given to candidates located in Central America, South America, or regions aligned with Eastern Time working hours - Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities To Apply Please submit: A brief Loom video introducing yourself and explaining why this role interests you Your current location and time zone
