Operations VA (CRM, Automation & Backend Systems) Part-Time | Remote | Philippines Preferred | $5–10/hr | 10–25 hrs/week WHO WE ARE AGENCY678 is a Revenue Operations OBM agency. We help coaching businesses and agencies build the backend systems that allow them to scale. That means: CRM builds Automations Sales pipelines Landing pages Client onboarding SOPs AI integrations Operational systems We don't just "manage admin." We build businesses that run properly. We're looking for another Operations VA to join our delivery team as we continue to grow. THE ROLE You'll work across multiple client accounts helping build and maintain the operational infrastructure behind growing businesses. This is an execution-heavy role. You'll spend your time building, improving and maintaining systems—not sitting in meetings.
