Operations & ClickUp Implementation Specialist (Business Process Design)

We are seeking an experienced Operations & ClickUp Implementation Specialist to help design and implement ClickUp as the operational backbone across multiple businesses. This is not simply a task management setup project. We are looking for someone who can analyse how our businesses operate, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build a practical ClickUp workspace that our team will actually use. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and key team members to understand our processes and translate them into a scalable operating system. About Us We operate several businesses including: Professional conferences and leadership training events A new leadership networking and events brand A B2B database marketing business An ecommerce retail brand A new ecommerce brand currently in development Our team consists of: Australian-based management team Philippines-based support staff Marketing team Sales and customer service staff Event management team Multiple contractors and freelancers including designers, videographers, web developers, venue sourcing specialists and speaker agents What We Need We want ClickUp to become the central system for: Project management Team accountability Cross-functional collaboration Strategic initiatives Contractor management Business visibility and reporting The initial implementation will include: Discovery & Process Mapping Understand how each business operates Document current workflows Identify process gaps and inefficiencies Recommend best-practice structures ClickUp Design Space architecture Folder and List structure Custom fields Task templates Project templates Permissions Automations Dashboards Key Business Areas Event management Marketing campaign management Website and digital projects Product launches Strategic business initiatives Contractor management Hiring projects Reporting & Dashboards Create executive dashboards showing: Strategic project status Team workload Upcoming deadlines At-risk projects Business launch readiness Training Train key team members Create simple SOPs Ensure adoption across the organisation Required Experience Please only apply if you have: Significant ClickUp implementation experience Experience designing operational systems, not just software setups Experience mapping and documenting business processes Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses Strong understanding of project management methodologies Excellent communication skills To Apply Please include: Examples of ClickUp implementations you have personally designed A short description of your process for analysing a business before building ClickUp Examples of executive dashboards you have created Your availability over the next 4–6 weeks Your preferred project approach and estimated hours required Success Criteria Success is not measured by how many automations are built.
