We're an interior design, architecture, and creative practice looking for someone who can wear two hats: operational efficiency and content documentation. You'll work directly with our interior designer and brand director, supporting both the backend operations that keep projects moving and the content capture that tells the story of the work. What you'll actually do: Computer/organizational work: File organization and management across drives/systems Email coordination and scheduling (Gmail + Google Workspace) Edit proposals, questionnaires, and written content Create and manage master project lists and tracking Assist with content organization (photo galleries, archives, project materials) Content & documentation work: iPhone B-roll filming (behind-the-scenes, process, documentation, candid moments) iPhone photography (spaces, details, moments during site visits) Attend occasional property site visits and events Assist with capturing raw content that becomes social media, email, and brand documentation The reality: You're part operations, part production assistant. You'll spend time organizing systems, then head out with an iPhone to capture what's actually happening. Both feed the work. Who We're Looking For Design student, creative professional, or someone early in their career interested in interior design, architecture, or brand/content work Strong iPhone photography and video skills (or willingness to develop them quickly) Comfortable with detail-oriented computer work AND being on-site capturing content Punctual, reliable, zero drama Flexible and resourceful—can problem-solve without being asked Austin-based required Bonus: Interest in design, architecture, real estate, or creative business What This Isn't This is not a full-time job or career track (yet) Not a remote role We're not looking for consultants or systems thinkers right now—we need an executor The Vibe You'll be part of a small, intentional team. Everyone works hard, moves fast, creates thoughtfully. No corporate posturing, no unnecessary meetings. Just: here's what we need, let's get it done. You'll work alongside the visionary designer and brand director on real projects—capturing the work, organizing it, making sure things move forward operationally. If you're the kind of person who sees something that needs to be filmed/organized and just does it, who loves being around creative work without needing to be the creative, who gets genuinely excited about good design—this could be a good fit.
