Summary

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day internal operations across product, customer support, and admin tasks Manage the support inbox and ensure customer messages are responded to or escalated in a timely manner Manage customer service tickets and track them through to resolution Identify recurring customer issues, product bugs, or confusing user experiences Create clear bug tickets for the engineering team when product issues are identified Write bug tickets with screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, and priority level Test product flows and document bugs, edge cases, and user experience issues Use Jira or similar project management tools to create, update, and track tickets Help manage internal task tracking and ensure follow-ups do not get dropped Create and maintain internal processes, SOPs, and documentation Document repeatable workflows so the team can operate more efficiently Track progress across ongoing projects and provide clear status updates Flag blockers, unclear instructions, delayed tasks, or recurring issues proactively Follow internal SOPs and help improve workflows where needed Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as the business grows Ideal Candidate Has prior experience working with a tech startup, founder, or fast-moving small team Has experience managing support inboxes, customer service tickets, or user-facing support workflows Comfortable working across customer support, product operations, internal processes, and admin tasks Has experience with Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello, Notion, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools Understands how to write clear bug tickets with screenshots, steps to reproduce, and expected vs actual behavior Has strong personal interest in the creator economy, YouTube, social media, influencers, or digital content Is organized, proactive, and able to follow up without needing to be chased Communicates clearly when something is unclear, delayed, or blocked Can turn messy or repeatable tasks into clear internal processes and documentation Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple moving pieces at once
