# Operations & Delivery Lead — CRM & Automation Systems for Real Estate (GoHighLevel / HubSpot / Claude) **Long-term hourly contract · ~20 hrs/week to start, room to grow · Remote, open worldwide · Must overlap US Mountain Time business hours** ## About us Unbroken Consulting helps real estate agents, teams, and brokerages simplify, systemize, and scale. We build custom CRM and automation systems — calm, clear, no hype. Our belief: agents aren't failing because they don't work hard. They're failing because their systems are broken. We fix the systems. ## The role We're looking for an operator who owns client delivery end to end — someone who can take a goal and build the system, not someone who waits for step-by-step instructions. You'll run projects from intake through build, quality check, and handoff, working inside Follow Up Boss, SureSend, and kvCORE/Lofty. This is a build-and-own seat. Every client is custom. You'll often work from incomplete information and reason your way to the right setup. That's the job — not a problem to be fixed. ## What you'll do - Own client projects end to end — timeline, build, quality check, handoff. - Run projects like a project manager: keep everything on track, on time, and visible. - Build independently across CRM and automation platforms. - Build and run workflows in Claude as part of daily delivery. - Understand how the systems connect and *why* — and design accordingly. - Quality-check your own work before it ships. - Grow into training clients and teammates on how the systems work. ## What success looks like - Within your first 60 days, you're running client builds end to end without us in the weeds. - Projects hit their dates, and work ships without needing rework. - We can hand you a goal — not a script — and trust the result. ## Must-haves - **Project management experience.** You've run multiple projects at once and kept them on track and on time. - **Claude.** You can build projects in Claude and use it daily — core to how we work. We'll ask to see examples of what you've built with it. - **Expert in a CRM / automation platform — GoHighLevel or HubSpot.** If you're strong in either, you'll pick up Follow Up Boss and SureSend quickly. - **Systems thinker who figures it out.** You build from a goal, not a checklist, and you learn new tools on your own. - **Clear communicator in English** — written and spoken. - **Overlap with US Mountain Time** business hours. ## Bonus - Agile / Sprints (Scrum) experience. - Follow Up Boss and/or SureSend experience. - Real estate experience. ## Tools you'll use Follow Up Boss · SureSend · kvCORE / Lofty · GoHighLevel · ClickUp · Claude ## Who thrives here We move fast, we keep things clear, and we serve clients before we sell to them.
