We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Operations & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, client communications, accounting, marketing, and social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving creative company and understands how digital platforms, social media, AI tools, and modern business technology help companies grow. **Position Overview:** As the Operations & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping the company stay organized, communicate professionally with clients, manage administrative workflows, support accounting processes, and contribute to marketing and social media growth. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, creative, and comfortable using technology to work efficiently. This is not just a basic admin role — we are looking for someone who can help support operations while also contributing ideas around social media, marketing, content, and digital strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** **Accounting Support:** Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with expense tracking, budget preparation, and basic financial reporting. Coordinate with external accounting professionals to help ensure accuracy and organization. **Client Communications:** Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries via email and phone/VOIP. Maintain clear and organized client correspondence. Support client proposals, presentations, follow-ups, and project-related communication. **Social Media Strategy & Marketing Support:** Assist in developing and executing social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Help plan content calendars, schedule social media posts, and organize marketing campaigns. Identify content opportunities from company projects, behind-the-scenes footage, client work, industry trends, and company updates. Track social media performance, engagement, and analytics, and suggest ways to improve results. Contribute ideas for promotional materials, marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and digital growth. **Tech & Digital Tools Support:** Use digital tools to help organize projects, communication, marketing, and internal workflows. Be comfortable learning and using platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, project management tools, CRM systems, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms. Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, digital media platforms, SaaS products, or the broader tech/startup space is strongly preferred. Help identify ways technology can make internal processes more efficient. **Administrative & Operations Support:** Support team members with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, research, and organization. Help improve internal workflows and keep processes organized. Attend team meetings, take notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through. **Ideal Candidate:** Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with client-facing communication. Familiar with social media strategy, content planning, and scheduling. Comfortable using modern digital tools and learning new platforms quickly. Interested in technology, AI, digital media, marketing, or the startup space. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn. **Bonus Experience:** Experience with video production, creative agencies, entertainment, media companies, startups, SaaS, AI tools, or digital marketing platforms. **Important:** The budget listed is split over 3 months.
