Summary

We operate a trucking company with 30 trucks in the USA, dispatch, fleet maintenance, safety, finance, and a Control Room. We have dashboards, reports, and communication systems in place. However, we need help identifying management bottlenecks, accountability gaps, process failures, and opportunities to improve execution. The ideal candidate will review meetings, reports, Slack/Telegram communications, KPIs, and department performance and provide weekly executive recommendations. * Management Accountability Report * Department Performance Report * CEO Dependency Report * Root Cause Analysis of major issues * Process Improvement Recommendations * KPI and Follow-Up Tracking
