Operations & Expansion Manager (Indonesia) We are a dessert shop based in Bali, seeking an Operations & Expansion Manager to help drive growth across Bali and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities * Research and secure vending machine locations across Indonesia * Engage with shopping centres, landlords, and commercial partners * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements * Manage expansion projects from concept to launch * Drive sales growth across GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood * Support and hold store management accountable to operational and financial targets * Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships * Conduct market and competitor research About You * Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English * Based in Indonesia * Strong negotiation and project management skills * Commercially minded and highly organised * Experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, operations, or business development is preferred This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth and expansion of an Indonesian based business.
