I’m looking for a reliable long term freelancer to help me organize, complete, and grow my photography and creative media business. My company, EyesOpen Photography, has been operating for more than 15 years. I already have: • a website started • branding direction • active social media • thousands of images and years of portfolio work • ongoing clients and community relationships Facebook: EyesOpen Facebook Instagram: EyesOpen Instagram Portfolio Galleries: Pixieset Collections What I’m Looking For I am NOT simply looking for someone to build a website and disappear. I’m looking for someone I can work with long term who understands: • creative businesses • photography brands • systems and automation • marketing strategy • WordPress • organization and workflow I’ve spent so many years photographing, editing, and serving clients that the backend side of the business became overwhelming and unclear. I need someone who can help bring structure, clarity, and momentum back into the business. Current Goals Website Completion • Finish and refine existing WordPress website • Improve navigation and mobile experience • Organize portfolio and services • Improve SEO foundations • Create lead capture/contact flow • Connect systems together properly Business Systems & Automation Help implement or recommend: • CRM/client management systems • inquiry and booking workflows • automated emails/responses • contracts/invoices • gallery delivery integration • social media workflow • email marketing • analytics and tracking Monetization & Scaling I also need help identifying ways to monetize and scale the business, including: • print sales • fine art collections • image licensing opportunities • stock photography • educational content/workshops • digital products • recurring revenue opportunities • marketing funnels • client retention systems Honestly, I have years of work and content but sometimes feel too close to it to know where to start. Ideal Candidate Looking for someone who: • communicates clearly • enjoys helping creatives organize and grow • thinks strategically, not just visually • understands both branding and operations • can work in phases over time • is comfortable building gradually instead of trying to sell a massive rebuild Budget I want to be transparent: I do not currently have a huge agency budget. I’m looking for: • hourly or milestone based work • phased implementation • long term collaboration • somebody interested in growing with the brand over time I would rather work steadily with the right person than spend thousands upfront with the wrong team.
