Operations & Growth Partner for a Creative Business.

I’m looking for a reliable long term freelancer to help me organize, complete, and grow my photography and creative media business. My company, EyesOpen Photography, has been operating for more than 15 years. I need someone who can help bring structure, clarity, and momentum back into the business. Current Goals Website Completion • Finish and refine existing WordPress website • Improve navigation and mobile experience • Organize portfolio and services • Improve SEO foundations • Create lead capture/contact flow • Connect systems together properly Business Systems & Automation Help implement or recommend: • CRM/client management systems • inquiry and booking workflows • automated emails/responses • contracts/invoices • gallery delivery integration • social media workflow • email marketing • analytics and tracking Monetization & Scaling I also need help identifying ways to monetize and scale the business, including: • print sales • fine art collections • image licensing opportunities • stock photography • educational content/workshops • digital products • recurring revenue opportunities • marketing funnels • client retention systems Honestly, I have years of work and content but sometimes feel too close to it to know where to start.
