Right Hand to CEO — Operations & Growth (Part-Time, Remote LATAM) ## About us Acadelite is a premium education startup guiding ambitious high-school students into the world's most selective universities — Ivy League, Oxbridge and beyond. We are a small, fully remote team of mentors, coaches and operators, and we are growing fast. Our working language is English. ## The role The CEO needs a right hand. Not an assistant who waits for instructions — an operator who takes things off his plate and makes them happen. Your scope, honestly described: -Operations : keep the machine running: coordinate freelancers, track engagements, maintain our internal processes and documentation (Notion). - Growth : support marketing and sales operations: lead follow-up, CRM hygiene, campaign logistics, whatever moves the pipeline. -CEO support : pick up ongoing projects and run with them: research, first drafts, vendor comparisons, setting up tools. -The unglamorous execution : every startup has repetitive, boring-but-critical tasks. You'll own a share of them, and you'll be the kind of person who automates them away instead of complaining. You will work directly with the CEO, daily. What you'll get in return: real responsibility from day one, exposure to every side of a growing company, and a role that expands as fast as you do. Where this goes: we plan to grow this position into a *full-time role within a few months* as revenue grows. We are hiring for the long term, someone who grows with the company and takes on bigger responsibilities as we scale. If you're looking for a quick gig, this isn't it; if you're looking for a seat on a rocket you help build, it is. ## Who you are -Fluent in English, written and spoken (our working language; Spanish or French is a plus) -Tech-comfortable — you pick up new tools fast: Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs, and especially AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude…), which you already use daily to work faster -A process builder : you don't just do tasks; you turn them into documented, repeatable systems -Independent and proactive : you spot problems before being told, propose solutions before being asked, and never sit idle waiting for instructions -A generalist : comfortable switching between a spreadsheet, a draft email, a research task and a tool setup in the same afternoon - Based in Latin America (or fully aligned with GMT-5 / Panama working hours) ## Practical details -Part-time: 20 hours per week to start, with flexibility on how you organize them (daily overlap with Panama hours required) — transitioning to full-time within a few months as we grow -Freelance contract, long-term collaboration intended -Compensation: $600–800 USD/month depending on profile, with review after a successful trial period -Fully remote ## How to apply Send a short proposal covering: 1.
