Job Title: Operations & Project Support Coordinator (Part-Time / Ad Hoc) Location: Remote (UK-based preferred) | London or South West a bonus Type: Flexible, part-time / ad hoc (ongoing) About Us We are a London-based fine food and wine business, currently selling across the UK with a strong B2C presence. We are now expanding into B2B, working with retail stores, hospitality groups, and hotels. This is an exciting growth phase for the business, and we are looking for someone to support one of the directors in coordinating and organising this expansion. The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide operational and project support. This role is focused on bringing structure, clarity, and coordination across multiple moving parts, including suppliers, product development, and commercial rollout. This is not a traditional full-time role — it is flexible and ad hoc, but with regular ongoing work. It would suit someone who already has other work and is looking for a consistent, long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities Supporting day-to-day organisation of projects related to B2B expansion Coordinating with international suppliers (Italy, France, Spain) Managing documentation, tracking progress, and keeping records up to date Assisting with product and supplier information consolidation Liaising with designers and helping manage creative deliverables Supporting communication across different stakeholders Helping ensure timelines and priorities stay on track General administrative and operational support as needed Key Requirements Exceptionally organised (this is critical to the role) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable with digital tools, documentation, and basic IT systems Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Good communication skills Desirable (but not essential) Interest in food and wine Experience working with suppliers or in operations/project coordination Based in London or the South West (for occasional in-person meetings) Working Style Flexible hours, agreed in advance depending on workload Remote-first, with regular communication via Zoom Must be available for occasional calls/meetings when required What We’re Looking For Someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
