Operations Manager / Business Consultant for Online Interior Design Startup

About Us We’re building a premium online interior design company that provides complete virtual interior design services to clients. Our entire process—from onboarding to final design delivery—is online. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager or Business Consultant who has previously built or managed interior design, architecture, or similar service-based businesses. This is not a design role. This is an operations and business systems role. Responsibilities You will be responsible for building the operational foundation of our business, including: * Develop end-to-end Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Create our service packages and pricing strategy * Define deliverables for each package * Build the complete client journey from inquiry to project completion * Design onboarding questionnaires and client intake forms * Create project timelines and milestone workflows * Build revision policies and approval processes * Develop communication templates and client update systems * Define internal workflows between designers and project managers * Create quality control checklists * Build project management systems using tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com * Create documentation that allows the business to scale efficiently Client Management We’re also looking for someone who can manage client operations, including: * Conduct onboarding calls * Understand client requirements * Coordinate with our design team * Ensure projects stay on schedule * Manage revisions * Maintain high customer satisfaction * Handle day-to-day client communication Ideal Candidate * Experience managing an interior design, architecture, or creative agency * Strong knowledge of SOP creation and business operations * Experience building scalable systems * Excellent communication skills * Comfortable managing international clients * Experience with CRM and project management software * Strong organizational and documentation skills Deliverables By the end of this engagement, we expect: * Complete SOP documentation * Pricing strategy and service packages * Client onboarding process * Client questionnaires and forms * Workflow documentation * Team responsibilities matrix * Revision and approval policies * Client communication templates * Project management workspace setup * Client management process ready for daily operations To Apply Please include: 1.
