Operations Manager / Chief of Staff — Music & Entertainment Company (Remote, Long-Term, Bilingual)

We're a Grammy-winning music producer's label and entertainment company looking for a reliable, long-term Operations Manager / right hand to help run the business so our team can focus on creating. This is an ongoing, full-time remote role for the right person. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage calendars and scheduling (no double-booked dates, ever) - Create, fill, and send client contracts (templates provided) - Coordinate logistics for shows and productions (travel, vendors, reimbursements) - Follow up with our team: editors, freelancers, designers - Oversee bookkeeping and keep admin organized - Send simple weekly reports: what's done, what's pending WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Fully bilingual Spanish/English - Real experience managing operations or a team - Organized, proactive, solves problems without being micromanaged - Trustworthy and discreet (NDA signed) TO APPLY (applications that skip these steps will not be considered): 1.
