Your Primary Mission Help build one of the most respected business brands on LinkedIn. Everything else supports that goal. What You’ll Own LinkedIn Growth * Own the LinkedIn content calendar. * Research what’s working and why. * Reverse engineer top creators. * Identify trends before they become trends. * Develop post ideas that drive conversations. * Coordinate graphics, carousels, videos, and supporting content. * Track analytics and recommend improvements. * Help grow engagement, followers, and newsletter subscribers. * Build systems that consistently increase reach. Content Creation * Turn podcast episodes into dozens of content assets. * Turn meetings, voice notes, and conversations into publish-ready content. * Create newsletters, articles, carousels, and short-form content. * Repurpose content across multiple channels. * Maintain a library of evergreen content. * Use AI to dramatically increase output without sacrificing quality. Operations * Keep projects moving. * Build SOPs. * Manage contractors. * Organize documents and knowledge. * Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. * Recommend better systems whenever you find them.
