Operations Manager – Multi-Channel E-commerce

Operations Manager – Multi-Channel E-commerce (Full-Time) We run an e-commerce business across eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Vinted. We need an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily operations so the owner can step back from direct involvement entirely. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across all channels: listings, orders, inventory, customer service, returns Monitor account health and performance on each platform Hire, train, supervise, and (when needed) let go of staff/VAs Set KPIs, delegate tasks, hold team accountable Find ways to boost profitability and cut costs Build/improve SOPs as we grow Be the sole point of contact for staff — owner won't interact with team directly Report regularly to owner via Slack Solve problems independently, without needing constant sign-off Requirements: Experience managing teams/operations across multiple marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Vinted, or similar) Strong leadership — comfortable hiring and firing Excellent written English Comfortable using Slack (full training provided on our workflows) Highly organized, self-directed, minimal supervision needed Bonus: experience with cross-listing/repricing tools We Offer: Long-term role with real ownership and autonomy Full training on our systems and workflows Opportunity to build and lead your own team Competitive pay, open to hourly or performance-based
