Operations Manager Needed for an Agency

# Operations Manager (Shopify Agency) | Long-Term | India Preferred ## About Us We are a growing Shopify consultancy based in the UK. We work with clients on Shopify development, integrations, automation and eCommerce improvements. We're looking for an organised Operations Manager who enjoys bringing structure to projects and keeping developers accountable. This is a long-term position with increasing responsibility. ## Your Mission Your job is to ensure projects move forward without the business owner needing to chase people all day. You will become the bridge between clients, Jira and our development team. ## Daily Responsibilities * Review Jira tickets every morning * Break down client requirements into clear developer tasks * Communicate with developers throughout the day * Track progress and remove blockers * Ensure completed work matches the original requirements * Prepare daily progress reports * Escalate risks early * Keep projects organised and on schedule ## Required Skills * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong Jira experience * Experience managing software or Shopify projects * Excellent attention to detail * Comfortable working independently * Able to communicate clearly with developers and clients ## Nice to Have * Shopify knowledge * Basic HTML/CSS understanding * QA/testing experience * Agile or Scrum experience ## Working Hours Approximately 3–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. ## To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
