The Core Mission You will listen to the objective once, take the reins, and build/refine our ClickUp workspace so our priorities, workflows, tasks, and responsibilities have a clear place to live. Once the foundation is built, you will stay on as an ongoing fractional operations partner to manage the structure, support the team, maintain absolute visibility, and ensure the system scales with us. What You Will Handle (Your Ownership): ClickUp Architecture & Audits: Workspace builds, workflow design, advanced automation setup, custom dashboards, and tech-stack consolidation. Team Operations & Accountability: Managing daily communication and moving parts inside ClickUp to solve missed deadlines, unclear ownership, and work falling through the cracks. Process Stabilization & SOPs: Creating inconsistent processes into repeatable workflows, documenting SOPs, and establishing clear reporting (KPIs/OKRs). Launch & Ongoing Support: Assisting with core consulting/coaching programs and upcoming e-commerce/Shopify store launches.
