We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Healthcare Office Manager to serve as a key operational leader within a growing healthcare and professional services organization. This role will work directly with ownership and leadership and serve as the **primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and operational partners**. The Operations Manager will oversee vendor relationships, coordinate purchasing and supply chain activities, manage accounts payable processes, support payroll administration, and ensure critical business functions are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, process-oriented, and capable of identifying challenges before they become significant issues. **U.S.-based candidates are preferred.** Responsibilities #### Operations & Vendor Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers * Manage vendor relationships, communications, and performance * Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and supply chain activities * Track vendor agreements, renewals, and deliverables * Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements #### Financial & Administrative Operations * Coordinate accounts payable processes and vendor payments * Review invoices and ensure timely payment processing * Work closely with accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll providers * Assist with payroll coordination and payroll review * Maintain organized operational records and documentation #### Process Improvement * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Document workflows and operational processes * Improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability * Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities * Establish systems that reduce operational risk and increase scalability #### Reporting & Leadership Support * Develop dashboards and operational reporting * Provide regular updates to leadership * Track KPIs, projects, and organizational priorities * Monitor trends and identify emerging risks * Support data-driven decision-making #### Human Resources Support * Support onboarding and offboarding processes * Maintain personnel documentation * Assist with HR-related administrative functions * Support policy implementation and employee communications #### Strategic Support * Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks * Anticipate issues before they impact operations * Assist leadership in executing strategic priorities * Recommend improvements to organizational structure and workflow * Support special projects and growth initiatives WHO SHOULD APPLY?
