Operations Manager / Product Development Lead (Automation & Startup Experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager with product development and automation experience to join us in building and launching a new technology-driven platform. This role goes beyond traditional operations. The ideal candidate will be involved in helping transform an early-stage idea into a structured, scalable product — from planning and workflows to product development, automation, and operational execution. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and work closely with different teams to bring a product from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Execution: * Collaborate on defining the product vision, features, and user experience * Help translate business ideas into product requirements and actionable development tasks * Work with developers/designers to support product building and improvements * Assist with testing, feedback collection, and product iteration * Identify opportunities to improve usability and scalability Operations & Business Systems: * Build operational processes required to support the platform * Create workflows, SOPs, documentation, and internal systems * Design processes for managing users, partners, transactions, and business operations * Help create a foundation for scaling the business Automation & Technology: * Identify areas where automation can improve efficiency * Build and optimize workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, CRMs, and other automation platforms * Support integration of systems and tools needed for smooth operations * Develop processes that reduce manual work and improve productivity Research & Strategy: * Conduct market, competitor, and user research * Analyze customer needs and business opportunities * Support decision-making with data and insights * Contribute ideas around growth, operations, and product strategy Requirements: * Experience in operations management, product operations, startup building, or project management * Experience contributing to the development of digital products or platforms * Strong understanding of automation, workflows, and business systems * Ability to work with developers and communicate product requirements clearly * Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset * Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being created Preferred Experience: Experience with: * Startup/product development environments * Marketplace platforms or digital platforms * No-code/low-code tools * CRM and automation systems * Launching or scaling new products Ideal Candidate: You are someone who enjoys building from the ground up.
