# Operations Manager – Real Estate, Hospitality & Property Management (Remote) ## About WELTAUS WELTAUS is building a growing ecosystem of brands focused on travel, hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, and destination services. Current brands include: * LodgeAUS * WELTAUS Properties * TripsLeaf * Global Travel Consulting Together, these brands are focused on: * Property management * Short-term rentals (STRs) * Vacation rentals * Hospitality services * Travel planning * Destination marketing * Real estate investment support We are seeking an Operations Manager to help organize projects, oversee virtual assistants, develop processes, and assist with the growth of these brands. --- ## Position Overview The Operations Manager will work directly with ownership to coordinate daily operations across multiple brands and projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people, improving workflows, and helping businesses scale. The successful candidate will become a key member of the leadership team as the organization expands. --- ## Responsibilities ### Team Management * Manage virtual assistants and contractors * Assign daily and weekly tasks * Monitor productivity and quality standards * Conduct team meetings and check-ins * Assist with onboarding and training * Maintain accountability and deadlines --- ### Property & Hospitality Operations Support projects related to: * Short-term rental management * Property operations * Guest communications * Vendor coordination * Hospitality services * Property listings * Travel-related services --- ### Content & Marketing Oversight Coordinate team members working on: * Travel guides * Destination content * Property descriptions * Hospitality resources * Real estate content * SEO articles Review content for: * Quality * Accuracy * Brand consistency * SEO standards --- ### Process Development * Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Improve operational workflows * Build scalable systems * Maintain project tracking systems * Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements --- ### Quality Assurance * Review completed work * Verify tasks are completed correctly * Ensure deadlines are met * Maintain company standards * Monitor performance metrics --- ## Qualifications ### Required * Previous management or leadership experience * Strong written and spoken English * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently ### Preferred * Experience with property management * Experience with short-term rentals * Experience with hospitality operations * Experience managing remote teams * Experience with virtual assistants * Experience with WordPress * Experience with project management software * Experience with travel or tourism businesses --- ## Work Environment * Fully remote * Flexible schedule * International team * Long-term growth opportunity --- ## Compensation Please include your desired: * Hourly rate OR * Monthly compensation expectation Compensation will depend on experience and responsibilities. --- ## What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: * Team workflows are organized * SOPs are documented * Tasks are consistently completed on schedule * Operational bottlenecks are identified and improved * Communication across projects is streamlined * Quality standards are maintained --- ## To Apply Please provide: 1.
