Operations Manager — Short-Term Rental Company (Base + Profit Share, Long-Term Role)

Welgo is a growing short-term rental operations company. We run a portfolio of properties and we're looking for an Operations Manager who can own the day-to-day, keep our standards high, and grow with us — not just clock hours. This is a long-term, full-time role. We pay a $2,000/month base plus profit sharing, so as the business wins, you win. We're looking for someone who wants ownership, not a task-taker. What you'll own * Daily operations across our property portfolio — cleanings, turnovers, maintenance, and vendor coordination * Guest experience — messaging, issue resolution, and reviews (keeping us at 5 stars) * Team & vendor management — scheduling cleaners, maintenance, and contractors; holding everyone to our SOPs * Systems & SOPs — improving our processes, documentation, and tools so the machine runs tighter every month * Reporting — tracking occupancy, turnovers, and operational KPIs, and flagging problems before they become fires You're a strong fit if you have * 2+ years in operations, ideally short-term rental / property management / hospitality (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) * A track record of managing people and vendors remotely * Strong written English and calm, clear communication * Comfort with tools like Airbnb/VRBO, PMS platforms (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.), Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp/Asana * A self-starter mindset — you spot problems and solve them without being told * Reliable schedule overlap with US time zones Nice to have * Experience scaling an STR portfolio * Basic bookkeeping / financial tracking * Familiarity with US-based markets Compensation * $2,000/month base + profit sharing (details discussed in interview) * Long-term, stable role with real growth and increasing ownership as you prove yourself To apply Don't send a generic proposal.
