CS / Operations Manager — E-commerce (Swords) | US Hours

We're Swordis (swordis.com), a growing e-commerce brand selling custom and replica swords. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Manager to join our team long-term. What you'll do: - Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat (order status, product questions, returns) - Track orders from purchase to delivery and coordinate with our suppliers - Handle returns, refunds, and issue resolution - Keep order records and internal systems organized and up to date - Support day-to-day operations as they come up What we're looking for: - Fluent, professional written English - Previous customer support and/or e-commerce operations experience - Strong organization and attention to detail - Comfortable learning tools like WooCommerce, Intercom, Airtable, and Slack - Self-directed and dependable Details: - Location: South America preferred - Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM EST Long-term, ongoing role To apply, send a short note about your relevant experience and why you'd be a good fit.
