Summary

We are building a new online fertility marketplace that helps people find, research, and compare fertility clinics. Our goal is to bring greater transparency to the fertility industry by organizing important information such as clinic services, treatment options, pricing, success rates, reviews, insurance information, availability, and other factors that patients consider when choosing a clinic. We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager who can help us build and grow the business from an early stage. We need someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving problems independently, creating processes, and taking ownership of results. Key Responsibilities: General Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Create systems, processes, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate freelancers, agencies, developers, writers, researchers, and other team members. Identify operational problems and develop practical solutions. Track company priorities, deadlines, and key performance indicators. Help turn ideas and strategies into completed projects. Clinic Outreach and Partnerships Identify and contact fertility clinics across the United States. Build relationships with clinic owners, doctors, marketing teams, and patient coordinators. Explain the marketplace and encourage clinics to claim, update, or improve their profiles. Manage outreach campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Maintain an organized CRM and track conversations, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
