Operations Manager for E-commerce and Property

You will: Audit Asana daily across both businesses — chase overdue tasks, verify "completed" work is actually done (reopen anything without evidence), assign and break down incoming tasks Review time logs, screenshots, and idle-time reports daily (Insightful or similar) and address mismatches between hours logged and output — directly with the team member Run short weekly 1:1s with each team member Spec out one-off tasks and hire them out on Upwork/Fiverr (fixed-price), within a spending threshold Keep SOPs updated as you find gaps Send owners a daily 2–3 line summary per person You have: 3+ years managing remote teams with real accountability duties (QA, coaching, performance conversations) Hands-on experience reviewing employee monitoring data (Insightful, Hubstaff, Time Doctor, etc.) Strong Asana + Slack skills; excellent written English (Spanish a plus) Comfort being direct — this role means telling people their work isn't finished Availability during US Eastern business hours (PH applicants: permanent night-shifters only) No property experience needed — SOPs provided.
