Operations Manager

Job Description Ivee is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for creating and automating business operations to exceed expectations of Ivee’s distribution network of vehicle partners.. Job Responsibilities Ensure Ivee is fulfilling its target number of rides per month with its individual drivers and fleet partners Ensure the cost per ride is at or below Ivee’s targets Create processes and automations to ensure ride volumes exceed business targets Work with Ops Associate to oversee and manage processes for Ambassador & fleet partners’ success Work with logistics and installations partners to ensure devices are delivered and maintained according to our KPIsCreating & refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver an enhanced experience for all of Ivee’s stakeholders Job Requirements 3-5 years of Operations experience Demonstrated expertise in business management - managing cash, personnel, and roadmaps to exceed targets Automation expertise From implementing low-code/ no-code automations to working with AI to build process automations Candidate Qualities Embodying Ivee’s core values Possessing a growth mindset for speed and scale Strong critical thinking capabilities A management consulting or business analytics background would be helpful
