Operations Manager

The Role We are hiring a remote Operations Manager to serve as the process and systems backbone of our platform. You will work directly with the Managing Principal to implement and maintain our operating infrastructure — Monday.com workflows, SOP execution, KPI tracking, vendor coordination, leasing operations, and team accountability. What You'll Own Monday.com board management across all team members (task creation, board hygiene, workflow automation) SOP documentation, rollout, and compliance tracking KPI dashboard maintenance and weekly reporting to principal Leasing operations coordination (listing management, showing scheduling, application tracking) Vendor and contractor follow-up and communication Resident services escalation support and move-in/move-out coordination Construction project administrative support (RFIs, submittals, scheduling coordination) International and domestic team coordination
