SmartAid AI (www.smartaid.ai) is hiring an Operations & Pipeline Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our outbound sales pipeline. This role is focused on: • KPI tracking • Pipeline visibility • Dashboard systems • Operational oversight • Process optimization You will oversee the operational side of: • Lead sourcing • Lead qualification • Appointment setting • Closers/sales pipeline This is NOT a basic admin or VA role. We are looking for someone who understands: • pipeline architecture • KPI systems • operational reporting • and how to identify bottlenecks inside a sales process. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for: • Building and customizing dashboards inside GoHighLevel • Tracking and organizing KPIs across departments • Monitoring pipeline performance and identifying breakdowns • Improving visibility across the sales process • Ensuring proper handoffs between teams • Organizing and maintaining operational reporting systems • Creating SOPs and operational workflows • Helping leadership understand pipeline performance clearly You should be comfortable working with: • metrics • reporting systems • dashboards • operational process improvement DEPARTMENTS YOU WILL OVERSEE You will help track and optimize performance for: • Lead Generators (sourcing + qualification) • Appointment Setters • Closers IMPORTANT This role is NOT just about tracking numbers. We are looking for someone who can: • identify operational bottlenecks • improve workflows • organize reporting systems • and help optimize pipeline performance over time. SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS Experience with: • GoHighLevel • dashboard systems • KPI tracking • CRM/pipeline reporting is strongly preferred. IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who: • Thinks in systems and operations • Has experience building KPI dashboards • Understands pipeline flow and conversion stages • Is highly organized and detail-oriented • Can identify where performance breakdowns are happening • Can build clean operational structures PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Sales operations • Revenue operations • CRM reporting • Dashboard customization • KPI management • Pipeline analytics • SOP creation ROLE DETAILS • Remote position • Long-term opportunity • Hourly compensation • Opportunity for growth as operations expand HIRING PROCESS Selected candidates will complete: Written screening questions Recorded interview Potential systems/dashboard test task
