Role Overview We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Operations Project Manager to help us bring order to a growing set of cross-functional workstreams — from compliance and partnerships to product operations and grant administration. You'll work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the CEO. What You'll Do -Own and drive operational projects from kickoff to completion, keeping timelines, owners, and deliverables clearly tracked -Manage cross-functional workstreams across compliance, HR, partnerships, grants, and product operations -Build and maintain project trackers, SOPs, and internal documentation -Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and state agency contacts on active work items -Flag risks and blockers proactively; propose and implement solutions -Support grant management workflows including deadline tracking, document preparation, and follow-ups -Assist with compliance and licensing tasks (multi-state assister applications, insurance, entity filings) -Draft communications, memos, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For -3–6+ years of project management or operations experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, nonprofits, or benefits-related fields -Strong command of project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or similar) -Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing details -Excellent written communication — you can draft a clear email, SOP, or stakeholder update without hand-holding -Comfortable working in ambiguity and scaling structure where it doesn't exist yet -Bonus: familiarity with Medicaid, benefits enrollment, health plan operations, or social determinants of health (SDOH) Engagement Details Type: Contract / Freelance via Upwork Hours: 15–25 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow Location: Remote (U.S.-based strongly preferred) Rate: Open to proposals; please include your expected hourly rate
