Operations / Project Manager (Remote) - Full time About Us Move Overseas Now Academy is a fast-growing education and coaching company helping people relocate overseas and create more freedom in their lives. We are a fully remote team with departments including sales, marketing, fulfillment, social media, advertising, and operations. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations / Project Manager to help streamline communication, improve accountability, manage launches, and keep the company running smoothly. This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for someone who thinks proactively, solves problems, follows through, and can help bring structure to a growing business. Responsibilities * Manage projects and deadlines across departments * Oversee ClickUp and project management systems * Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time * Help organize launches, webinars, promotions, and operational timelines * Create and maintain SOPs and internal systems * Identify bottlenecks and communication gaps * Improve operational efficiency and organization * Attend leadership and team meetings and create follow-up action items * Help organize internal communication and accountability * Support the founder by reducing operational overwhelm * Ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently * Assist with note-taking and management of marketing, sales, and operations teams * Help solve problems quickly, calmly, and efficiently Requirements * Excellent English communication skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Experience managing remote teams * Experience with ClickUp, Kajabi, Slack, Google Drive, WordPress, Canva, and project management systems * Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping details * Proactive problem solver * Calm under pressure * Detail-oriented and highly accountable * Experience working with online coaching, education, agencies, or digital businesses preferred Preferred Skills * SOP creation * Launch management * KPI tracking * Team coordination * Workflow optimization * Intermediate understanding of marketing funnels and online business operations Compensation Compensation will depend on experience and skill level.
