Operations Specialist (Junior), Automation & No-Code Systems

We're a growing operations consultancy that helps companies run better, auditing their workflows and building tailored solutions. We're looking for a junior Operations Specialist to handle hands-on delivery. You don't need to know everything; if you're sharp and reliable, we'll train you on our stack. What you'll do: - Set up project management tools (Monday.com and similar) - Build and maintain automations (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) - Work with Microsoft 365 products - Document workflows and support client delivery What we want - Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner - Reliable and communicative - Good written English - Any exposure to automation or no-code tools is a plus Details: Monthly salary, long-term role. 35-40h, should be available from 4 PM- 12 PM CET To apply, tell us: (1) Why is this of interest to you?
