Operations Support

We s a global AdTech and measurement company specialising in out-of-home (OOH) media analytics. We work with media owners, media agencies, and enterprise partners across 40+Countries. Our core expertise lies in audience measurement, mobility data, and sensor-driven environments that power data-backed advertising for OOH Industry. We operate as a remote-first, execution-driven organisation focused on building structured, scalable systems that support multi-country operations. As we expand internationally, strengthening our operational backbone is a top priority. We are looking for a freelance Operations Support specialist to work part-time alongside our existing Operations team. This is not a standalone leadership role, you will be embedded in an active team, taking on well-defined operational tasks and helping us move faster and more reliably across ongoing client projects. This engagement is designed as a part-time freelance collaboration, with a genuine path to full-time employment for the right person as the team scales. We want someone who hits the ground running, integrates smoothly with how we work, and progressively takes on more ownership as trust builds. Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of sensor deployments across client projects (billboards, malls, airports, transit) Validate remotely hardware configurations: router models, SIM setup, antenna pairing, firmware versions, MAC filtering Troubleshoot connectivity failures remotely: firmware resets, SIM/APN issues, router config Coordinate with local installation teams: briefings, field blockers, photo documentation, completion sign-off Intake, validate, and load client inventory data (facilities, frames, clusters) into the AllUnite platform Check GPS coordinates, screen dimensions, environment type, and visibility parameters (angles, distance, corners) before modeling starts Coordinate and quality-review indoor location schemas (malls, stations, airports) produced by freelance drawers Support the linking process that associates sensor coverage to screen locations in the platform Support client-facing communications on operational topics: sensor status, installation scheduling, data readiness — coordinating with the PM Soft Skills & Culture Fit Rigorous and detail-oriented Autonomous and self-directed: you don't need to be told twice and you manage your own priorities effectively. Clear communicator: written and verbal, both internally and with clients. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change — AllUnite is scaling and processes are still maturing. Collaborative: you work well across Data, PM, and Commercial without siloing.
