AI Operations System Manager

I am seeking a Contract AI Operations Support / AI Office Systems Coordinator to help organize and manage the beginning stages of an AI-powered office system for DVision, the personal brand hub and business ecosystem of Denise Sanders. DVision is the central hub that connects all businesses, ministries, and creative ventures within the DeniseVision ecosystem. This role will help establish that foundation from the ground up. This role will begin with Sanders Grant Consulting, an AI consulting business that helps nonprofits, ministries, and mission-driven organizations build capacity through AI tools, workflows, and custom AI agents. The right candidate must have hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a working understanding of AI workflow design, prompt creation, and basic AI implementation for business operations. This is not a developer role — but AI fluency is required, not optional. DVision Brand Hub — Foundation Support Helping build and organize the DVision brand hub Documenting the ecosystem structure and business connections Supporting Denise Sanders' personal brand presence and voice Organizing content, bios, speaking assets, and thought leadership materials Initial Responsibilities — Sanders Grant Consulting AI office workflows and system setup Lead and prospect tracking Client follow-up systems Discovery call notes and summaries Proposal and onboarding checklists Google Drive organization SOPs, templates, and prompt libraries Weekly task and priority tracking Content and marketing workflow support Ideal Candidate Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools Ability to build basic AI workflows and prompt systems Google Workspace, Canva, Calendly proficiency Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana experience Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, clear communicator Comfortable supporting a founder with a large multi-brand vision Important Note This role will start with Sanders Grant Consulting. Strong performance may lead to expanded scope and compensation as the DVision ecosystem grows.
