Title: Medical Practice Operations Expert for Solo Physician Wellness Practice **Healthcare Operations Experience in the Integrative/Wellness Space is required** Summary: I run a solo, cash pay Integrative/Functional Medicine brick and mortar practice that is transitioning into a ReCODE 2.0 cognitive health (Alzheimer’s treatment) program. The practice is also moving to the Cerbo EHR, and I am seeking an experienced medical practice operations professional to lead a full operational and systems transformation. The goal is to take the practice from fragmented, general integrative workflows to a highly streamlined, medically sound, first class patient experience designed specifically for cognitive health care. This is a project based medical practice management role with potential for ongoing fractional support. Responsibilities • Conduct a full medical practice operations audit of workflows, communication channels, scheduling, intake, follow up, and patient experience. • Map and build the ideal end to end patient journey for a ReCODE style cognitive health program. • Redesign clinical and administrative workflows for: o New patient onboarding o Lab ordering, tracking, and follow up o Messaging and communication boundaries o Supplement protocols o Visit preparation and follow up o Care coordination • Create a complete, easy to maintain SOP library for all clinical and administrative processes. • Optimize or implement practice systems, automations, and operational infrastructure. • Support the transition to Cerbo EHR (experience helpful but not required). • Train the provider on new workflows, tools, and operational processes. • Lead implementation from messy → streamlined with minimal disruption to patient care. Required Experience • 2+ years in medical practice operations, ideally in: o Functional or integrative medicine o Concierge or cash pay practices o Chronic care or cognitive health programs • Demonstrated success building or overhauling medical practice systems. • Strong skills in workflow design, SOP creation, and patient journey mapping. • Experience improving or implementing EHR workflows (Cerbo familiarity is a plus). Preferred but not necessary • Experience with ReCODE 2.0, cognitive health, or Alzheimer’s focused programs. • Familiarity with Cerbo, Practice Better, Charm, Elation, or similar EHRs.
