Operations & Systems Set Up (Construction / Project Management)

Fit To Flip is a construction and renovation company managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously. We are growing quickly and need help building the operational backbone to scale efficiently. Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced operations specialist to help design and implement systems, workflows, and automations that improve how we manage construction projects from start to finish. Currently this is a short-term, high-impact role focused on organization, efficiency, and execution—not theory. This could however grow into a long-term role overseeing operations of the business. Key Responsibilities -Set up and optimize a project management platform -Build workflows for: Project tracking from start → completion Work orders (WO) and change orders Approval processes (internal + client-facing) -Create automations for: Project completion triggers Status updates and notifications Task handoffs between teams -Centralize documentation and communication across crews -Improve overall organization and visibility across multiple jobs -Recommend tools or systems to streamline operations What We’re Looking For -Proven experience setting up operational systems for construction, real estate, or similar industries -Strong knowledge of project management tools and automation platforms -Ability to think in systems and execute quickly -Experience building scalable workflows (not just managing tasks) -Strong attention to detail and organization Nice to Have -Experience working with construction companies or property renovation teams -Experience integrating multiple tools into one system Project Scope Clear deliverables: fully functional system + workflows + automations Potential for ongoing work if a good fit
