About Us: Mostro is a fast-growing cybersecurity and compliance company building a movement around AI-powered security and automation. We help financial institutions achieve GLBA/FTC compliance through penetration testing, policy development, and AI-driven operations. We're building an elite team and looking for a hungry, tech-savvy operator to be the engine of our day-to-day operations. The Role: You are the grunt work engine of our operation. You'll use AI tools to process client screenshots, draft compliance documents, handle Tier 1 customer service, and keep the entire operation moving. Our senior specialists review your work — your job is to execute fast, learn fast, and feed the machine. What You'll Do: Receive client screenshots and technical issues → use AI tools to analyze, diagnose, and process them into tickets, reports, and documentation Handle Tier 1 customer service: respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalate when needed Draft compliance policy documents using AI models — templates, risk assessments, GLBA/FTC documentation Enter and update data across our CRM and compliance management systems Organize and maintain client files, project trackers, and documentation libraries Support senior specialists by preparing foundational work for their review Learn our AI workflows and continuously improve speed and accuracy What We're Looking For: English fluency — written and spoken. You'll communicate with US-based clients and our team daily. C1 or C2 level required. AI tool fluency — you use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools daily and know how to prompt effectively. If you've never used AI to automate your work, this isn't for you. Technical aptitude — you don't need to be a cybersecurity expert, but you need to be comfortable with technology, quick to learn new tools, and able to follow technical documentation. Detail-obsessed — compliance work has zero tolerance for sloppy copy-paste. You catch errors before the specialists do. Coachable — you'll do foundational work that specialists review. No ego. You see feedback as fuel. Reliable — you show up on time, every time. We operate on US Eastern Time and need 4–6 hours of overlap during business hours. Requirements: 2+ years experience in customer service, technical support, data entry, virtual assistance, or BPO operations Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate work Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a reliable workstation Available for full-time work (40 hours/week) with US Eastern Time overlap Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — demonstrated skill beats credentials Compensation: $5–$8/hour depending on experience and demonstrated AI fluency Full-time, 40 hours/week Performance bonuses based on accuracy and speed 13th month pay (Philippines) or equivalent bonus structure Health stipend after 90-day probation Long-term growth path: top performers move into specialist roles How to Apply: Send your resume and a 2-minute Loom video answering these 3 questions: Show us how you use an AI tool to process a screenshot of a technical issue.
