About Us We are a fast-growing mobile auto repair platform that connects drivers and commercial fleets with independent mobile mechanics who perform diagnostics and repairs directly at the customer’s location. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and communication as the company continues to grow. This is NOT a basic data-entry VA role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, communicate professionally, solve problems, and help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, SMS, and email Coordinate with technicians regarding appointments, ETAs, updates, and job issues Manage schedules, dispatch communication, and operational follow-ups Handle customer concerns and disputes professionally Communicate internally through Slack with support teams and management Use Jobber CRM to manage jobs, notes, invoices, and updates Work with VoIP systems and SMS applications Escalate operational issues when necessary Assist with maintaining positive customer experience and technician accountability Follow operational procedures while also taking initiative when needed Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Experience using Slack and CRM systems (Jobber experience is a plus) Comfortable using VoIP phone systems and SMS communication tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Team-player mentality Ability to take initiative without constant supervision Reliable internet connection and work environment Preferred Experience Dispatching or service coordination experience Experience working with home services, automotive, field services, or mobile service businesses Familiarity with handling technicians/contractors remotely Experience managing customer complaints professionally Important Notes Most customer interactions are positive; complaints are relatively low, but professionalism is extremely important. We value communication, reliability, initiative, and operational thinking. This role may grow into a long-term operations management position for the right candidate.
