Operator Outreach Rep - Private Aviation (Part-Time, Remote)

We are SkyAccess, a private-aviation marketplace. Operators list their empty-leg flights, travelers book them. We are growing fast and we need two Operator Outreach Reps to keep our operators engaged and our calendar full. This role is two things, and only two things: 1. Follow up with operators by phone to get them to send us quotes on flight requests. 2. Call operators to book meetings on our calendar. That is the whole job. You live on the phone, you are persuasive, and you are relentless about following up. WHAT A NORMAL DAY LOOKS LIKE - Contact 30+ operators to follow up on open flight requests and chase their quotes. - Book around 5 meetings for us. - Keep your calls and outcomes updated in HubSpot. We will train you. WHO WE ARE HIRING Two openings, 20 hours per week each: - One rep focused on US operators, working US business hours. - One rep covering European and US East Coast operators, on an earlier shift that overlaps both. Tell us your time zone and the hours you can reliably work. PAY - $6 per hour. - Plus $5 for every meeting you successfully book. Hit your target and that adds up quickly. - Strong performers move into a long-term, ongoing role with us. WHAT YOU NEED - Excellent spoken English that is clear and easy to understand on a call with US and European clients. - Real phone experience: sales, SDR, appointment setting, cold calling, or customer follow-up. - Sharp negotiation instincts, natural charisma on the phone, and you are very organized. - A reliable laptop, a good headset, and a stable internet connection. - Willingness to learn HubSpot. You will make every call through the HubSpot phone line and book meetings in Google Calendar. - No aviation experience required. We will teach you the industry. HOW TO APPLY A Loom video is required.
