Opportunity Capture Manager

OLAN Associates LLC (SBA 8(a), MBE-certified) is seeking a results-focused Opportunity Capture Manager to identify, qualify, and drive pursuit of federal, state, and local contracting opportunities aligned with our IT, acquisition support, training, and call center services. Responsibilities Identify and track RFPs/RFIs via SAM.gov, state/local portals, and agency forecasts Evaluate opportunities and lead bid/no-bid decisions Develop capture strategies, win themes, and teaming approaches Conduct market and competitor analysis (incumbents, pipelines, trends) Build and manage an active opportunity pipeline Support partner outreach (primes, 8(a)/MBE partners) and proposal handoff Qualifications 5+ years in government contracting, BD, or capture management Proven experience identifying and qualifying RFP opportunities Strong knowledge of federal/state procurement (FAR, agency processes) Experience with tools such as SAM.gov, GovWin, or USAspending Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
