# GoHighLevel / AIOM Website, Blog, Calendar & Automation Cleanup Specialist Needed ## Job Description I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel / AIOM specialist to help clean up, connect, and test my business website, blog posts, appointment booking system, and customer follow-up automations. My website was built using AIOM / GoHighLevel, and I need someone who can make sure the customer experience is smooth from the moment a visitor lands on the website, reads a blog post, clicks a link, books an appointment, receives reminders, completes the appointment, and receives a Google review request. This project is for a drug testing, compliance, and workplace safety-related business, so professionalism, accuracy, and clean customer communication are very important. ## Main Objectives The goal is to make sure: * Blog posts are properly connected to the website * Website links, buttons, menus, and calls-to-action work correctly * Customers can book appointments easily * Appointment confirmations are sent properly * Staff is notified when appointments are booked * The calendar updates correctly * Reminder emails and SMS messages are sent before the appointment * Missed appointments trigger a reschedule follow-up * Completed appointments trigger a Google review request * The full customer journey is tested from start to finish ## Scope of Work ### 1. Blog Setup & Website Connection I need help connecting my blog posts to the website so visitors can easily find and read them. Tasks include: * Connect published blog posts to the website * Create or clean up the main blog page * Add blog links to the website navigation * Make sure individual blog posts open correctly * Check blog post formatting on desktop and mobile * Add calls-to-action inside or below blog posts * Make sure blog posts link to the correct booking page, form, or contact page ### 2. Website Link Audit & Cleanup I need all website links reviewed and repaired where needed. Tasks include checking: * Header menu links * Footer links * Service page buttons * Contact buttons * Phone links * Email links * Booking links * Social media icons * Blog links * Google review links * Any broken or misdirected buttons The goal is to make sure the website feels professional and nothing leads to a dead page, wrong page, or confusing customer experience. ### 3. Calendar & Appointment Booking Setup I need the booking calendar checked and tested. Tasks include: * Confirm the correct calendar is connected * Confirm appointment booking works from the website * Confirm appointments are added to the correct calendar * Check appointment availability settings * Check confirmation settings * Check calendar form fields * Make sure appointment details are captured correctly * Make sure the correct staff members are notified ### 4. Appointment Confirmation Workflow When a customer books an appointment, I need the system to automatically send confirmation messages. Tasks include: * Create or review the appointment confirmation workflow * Send confirmation SMS to customer/donor * Send confirmation email to customer/donor * Notify internal staff by SMS and/or email * Apply proper tags to the contact * Move the customer to the correct pipeline stage if applicable * Confirm appointment details populate correctly in messages ### 5. Appointment Reminder Workflow I need reminders sent before the appointment. Tasks include: * Set up or verify 24-hour reminder email * Set up or verify 24-hour reminder SMS * Set up or verify 2-hour reminder SMS * Optional: set up 30-minute reminder SMS * Test that reminders only send to people with active appointments * Make sure reminders include appointment date, time, location, and instructions ### 6. Missed Appointment / No-Show Workflow If someone misses an appointment, I want an automated follow-up asking if they want to reschedule. Tasks include: * Create or review no-show workflow * Trigger workflow when appointment is marked “No Show” * Send SMS asking if they want to reschedule * Send email with reschedule link if needed * Notify staff * Apply no-show tag * Move contact to missed appointment pipeline stage if applicable * Test the full no-show sequence ### 7. Completed Appointment & Google Review Workflow After a donor/customer completes their appointment, I want an SMS sent asking for a Google review. Tasks include: * Create or review completed appointment workflow * Trigger when appointment is marked “Completed” * Send Google review request SMS * Send review request email if needed * Confirm correct Google review link is being used * Apply review-requested tag * Notify staff when appropriate * Confirm review workflow does not fire before the appointment is completed ### 8. Review Sharing / Reputation Setup I would also like help making sure reviews can be used properly across the business’s online presence where appropriate. Tasks may include: * Confirm Google review request process * Check reputation/review settings in GHL * Confirm review links are correct * Help set up review display or testimonial use if available * Make recommendations for using reviews on the website or social media ### 9. Full Testing Before the project is complete, I need the full customer journey tested. Testing should include: * Website visitor reads a blog post * Visitor clicks a booking link * Visitor books an appointment * Customer receives confirmation SMS * Customer receives confirmation email * Staff receives appointment notification * Appointment appears on the correct calendar * Reminder messages fire correctly * Appointment can be marked completed * Google review request fires correctly * Appointment can be marked no-show * No-show reschedule message fires correctly * All website links work on desktop and mobile ## Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: * GoHighLevel / HighLevel / AIOM * GHL websites and funnels * GHL blogs * GHL calendars * GHL workflows * Appointment triggers * Appointment status triggers * SMS and email automation * Review request automation * Tags, pipelines, and contact records * Troubleshooting broken workflows * Testing customer journeys ## Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: * Healthcare, drug testing, DOT compliance, or service-based businesses * Local service business websites * Google review automation * Reputation management * Lead capture and appointment booking funnels * CRM cleanup and workflow documentation ## Deliverables At the end of the project, I would like: 1. Blog posts properly connected to the website 2. Website links and buttons working correctly 3. Booking calendar tested and working 4. Appointment confirmation workflow working 5. Staff notification workflow working 6. Appointment reminder workflow working 7. No-show/reschedule workflow working 8. Completed appointment review request workflow working 9. Google review link confirmed 10. Desktop and mobile website link audit completed 11. Written summary of what was fixed, tested, and recommended ## Important I am not just looking for a web designer. I need someone who understands GoHighLevel / AIOM automation, workflows, calendars, SMS/email triggers, and the full customer journey.
