Optimize Existing Barndominum Floor Plan

Existing Barndominium Floor Plan (30x40 Gambrel +16x40 enclosed Lean-To Addition) I'm looking for an experienced residential designer, architectural designer, or draftsman who has experience designing barndominiums and/or custom homes. I already have: - Existing engineered steel building drawings (30x40 gambrel) - Current floor plan concepts - loft floorplam concept I'm looking for someone who can improve it. Goals - Maximize space efficiency - Optimize staircase placement - Improve master suite layout - Optimize kitchen/dining layout - Ensure loft works with gambrel roof geometry - Maintain dramatic open great room with vaulted ceiling Existing Plan Includes - 30x40 gambrel steel building - Loft over rear half - Front great room with vaulted ceiling - Large kitchen and island area - Dining area - Master suite in enclosed lean-to - Mudroom/Laundry Upstairs: - Two bedrooms - Shared bathroom - Storage/closets in gambrel knee walls Deliverables Optimized floor plan Stair recommendations Dimensioned floor plan Please include examples of similar work.
