Oracle Autonomous Dataware (ADW) Expert

Summary

We have a Database connection to ADW, however when trying to running to queries, a user is getting an error, I've pasted the full error below "ORA-12529: TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules". Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "ADW_PRODUCTION_OLEDB". [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 7303) OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "ADW_PRODUCTION_OLEDB" returned message "ORA-12529: TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules". [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 7412). NOTE: The step was retried the requested number of times (1) without succeeding. The step failed. Ideally looking for an Oracle/ ADW expert to help resolve this ideally over a screen share. There's also opportunity for more work
